Buyer orders history

On this screen the buyer can see all orders placed by him. To filter by seller simple selected the desired company.

A buyer is able to re-purchase the same order whenever he likes and pay for an already placed order individually.

Re-purchase same order

  1. Login to your buyer account using your email and password (If you don’t have an account ask your supplier to send you an invitation);
  2. Select ‘Orders’ in the left vertical tabs;
  3. Select the desired order and click the ‘Re-order’ button near the order title;
  4. You will be redirected to the supplier’s store with the ‘Cart filled with all products from that order that are still available. In case a product is not available anymore you will see a message;
  5. Click ‘Check out’, confirm details and choose the payment method. Click here to see all the payment methods available.

Pay an existing order by credit card

  1. Login to your buyer account using your email and password (If you don’t have an account ask your supplier to send you an invitation);
  2. Select ‘Orders’ in the left vertical tabs;
  3. Select the order that has not being paid yet and click the ‘Pay now’ button, the checkout popup will appear, select ‘Pay by credit card’ and enter your credit card details.
