Seller orders history

The supplier have the option to download the order as a pdf or csv file and is able to edit any order coming in (This feature is very useful, for example, when the supplier don’t have the purchased product anymore).

On this screen the supplier can see all orders coming into the system (1), all orders made by groups of customers (2) or all orders made by a customer individually (3).

  1. Login to your seller account using your email and password (if you do not have a seller account click here to learn how to upgrade);
  2. (1) Select ‘Orders’ in the left vertical tabs and click on the desired order;
  3. (2) Select Groups in the left vertical tabs, after that select Orders at the top horizontal tabs and click on the desired order;
  4. (3) To see orders per customer you need to select Customers in the left vertical tabs, after that select Orders at the top horizontal tabs and click on the desired order.
