How to export products

How to export a CSV file with all of the product information.

1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
2. Click 'Account settings'  icon (cog) at the header;
3. On the left side menu click  'Import/Export';
4. Select 'Product'  and Click 'Download'.

How to edit exported file

1. Open the exported products CSV file, you'll see a column for each of your store;
2. Find the prices entered so far for the store and change them accordingly;
3. Enter product code, name, category, unit, and prices in the appropriate columns;
4. If you have new product codes to add for this new price list, simply add them as new lines to the bottom of the CSV.
5. Save the file.

How to import products & prices

1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
2. Click 'Account settings'  icon (cog) at the header;
3. On the left side menu click  'Import/Export';
4. Select 'Product'  and Click  'Upload'  To select the file;
5. Match the columns from your imported file to the product fields in iStockist.
   • Name - Match to the product name;
   • Description - Match to the product description;
   • Size - Match to the product size;
   • [Blank] - For Barcodes, but since none exist yet for the current product codes, it displays as blank. You can leave this as none;
   • Category name - Match to the product category name;
   • Code/sku - Match to the product Code/sku (IMPORTANT: in the case of duplicate codes, only one product code will be imported);
   • Unit - Match to the product Split Qty > Unit (NOTE: Splits is turned off by default, so you can ignore this if you like);
   • Default price - Match to the product default price (NOTE: Leave this blank, as adding a default price will display this price if no group price exists);
   • Public - Match to Store > Public.
6. Click 'Import All'.
