Product splits

Split is a group of products units you can sell. For example, you want to sell one Bag with 6 apples. The split name is Bag, the products units inside this Bag is 6. This can be extended to Pallets, Trays, etc, anything you need.

How to enable ​ Splits

1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
2. Click 'Account settings'  icon (cog) at the header;
3. On the left side menu click  'Advanced';
4. Under 'Product'  , Turn on the 'Split' switch.

How to add splits to a product

1. Click 'Dashboard'  at the header;
2. On the left vertical tabs click  'Products';
3. Select 'Splits' tab   and click the blue plus button to add a new one;
4. Enter the information required;

You can drag and drop each split to the order you want your customers to see them when buying your products.

A split can only be deleted if no products are using it.

How to set minimum split & split quantity

If you sell your products in quantities (splits), such as 1 pallet or trolley, etc. you can add a minimum split quantity that your customers will need to order.

1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
2. On the left vertical tabs click  'Stores';
3. Choose the desired store (Group of clients);
4. Select 'Settings'  tab;
5. Under 'Pricing'  , Enter the details to 'Min split'  & 'Min split qty'  fields for this store of customers.
