starHow to enable Stock
Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password; Click 'Account settings' icon (cog) at the header; On the left side menu click 'Advanced';- Under 'Product' , Turn on the 'Stock' switch.
- If necessary click 'Add Warehouse' button to create warehouses that will hold the stock of products.
How to add stock to a product
Click 'Dashboard' at the header; On the left vertical tabs click 'Products';- There are 4 ways to add stock to a product:
- A) Select 'Info' tab, Choose the desired category and product. Under 'Stock'
Enter the information required; - B) Select 'Stock' tab, Choose the desired warehouse.

Click 'Account settings' icon (cog) at the header; On the left side menu click 'Import/Export'. Import stock in bulk using the import/export csv uploader. - D)
Click 'Account settings' icon (cog) at the header; On the left side menu click 'Integrations'. Import stock via the API (JSON, FTP/XML, FTP/CSV) or via one of our existing integrations.
How to add stock to a store
You can decide for each store (Group of customers), to turn on stock, which warehouse to use or if you want to accept back-orders.
Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password; On the left vertical tabs click 'Stores';Choose the desired store (Group of clients); Select 'Settings' tab; - Under 'Inventory' , Select the desired warehouse;
If you'd like to display a stock quantity, but allow customers to order even if there's no stock, you can tick the box next to 'Enable Backorders'.
