Order notification

By default all placed order notifications are sent by email to your istockist's admin users.
But you might want to send on the emails to trusted third parties (distributor, logistics company, supplier etc). In this case, you can add their email addresses to a store (Group of customers). They then will receive a copy of all placed order notifications, without them needing to be admin users.

How to add emails to receive notifications

  1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
  2. On the left vertical tabs click  'Stores';
  3. Choose the desired store (Group of clients);
  4. Select 'Settings'  tab;
  5. Under 'Store name' , click 'Add emails'.
  6. Enter the information required;

Now, all the emails entered will receive notifications every time a customer, that belongs to that store, place an order.
