How to unapprove a customer
- Login to your iStockist seller account using your email and password (if you do not have a seller account click here to learn how to upgrade);
- Select ‘Customer’ in the left vertical tabs, at the ‘Customer’ page side menu, search by name and click the desired customer;
- On the ‘Detail’ tab, find the ‘Approved account’ switch and turn it to ‘No’;
- Click the ‘Update’ button;
Done! The customer account is unapproved and they will no longer to be able to access or order from your store. You can also easily move the customer to another group, or move them to the Public group where there is no private products prices.
To approve the account again and allow access, turn the ‘Approved account’ switch back to ‘Yes’.
