For a customer to be able to buy from you he needs to be added to a store, public or private.

If a customer is seeing 'Unavailable product catalogue' the issue might be that, he does not have a store assigned to him.

How to assign a customer to a store

1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
2. On the left vertical tabs click 'Customers';
3. Choose the desired customer;
4. Select 'Settings'  tab;
5. Under 'Store' , Select the desired store to send this customer to.

Now, this customer will see products and prices set on the store selected.

How to view store as your customer

To make sure your customer will see your products and is set to the correct store you can follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to your iStockist's store URL and login to your seller account using your email and password;
2. At the header 'Sell to'  field, type the name of your customer and select,   or;
3. On the left vertical tabs click 'Customers';
4. Choose the desired customer;
5. Select 'Settings'  tab;
6. Under 'Customer status' , Click 'Sell'  button.

Now you will see which store your customer is seeing.
